Conceptual designs including computer generated floor plans, 3D isometric sketches plus the preparation of a detailed budget estimation.
Concept plans are the first step to getting all of your and our combined ideas and thoughts on paper thus allowing us to prepare a more detailed budget cost estimation. In order to undertake the conceptual plans we require a full detail and level survey which is also required later in the process for council approval. Jakin can obtain quotes from preferred surveyors for you.3.
Developed design plans including floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D imagery ready for council submission.
The full set of plans complied to meet council conditions ready for final approval and submission.4.
Construction documentation, additional detailed plans (joinery, electrical, landscape etc.)
Plans and documents required for the Construction Certificate that will include joinery plans, furniture layouts, and landscaping plans. Structural Engineering plans will be required for the issue of the construction certificate and for construction. Jakin will obtain quotes from preferred engineers for you.Scope of works, materials selection and fixed price quotation.
We work closely with you to prepare a very detailed scope of works, a schedule of finishes and selections so we can provide you with a fixed price quotation that includes everything you require.
Construction and project management.
Every project has a dedicated site manager who is on site every day from initial set up to final handover. In addition, company owner James Watkin overseas all projects.
