The home has been designed and built around a central courtyard and all main rooms overlook the magnificent full tiled, wet edge pool and infinity spa. From the moment you enter the property through the electric gates and into the oversized port cochere with its sandstone pillars you can feel the level of quality.

The brief of this project was to have a home that was to be used for year-round entertaining and that the bedrooms were separated from the main living areas. The open plan kitchen and dining is separated from the informal lounge by a central double sided sandstone fireplace which leads out onto a large covered alfresco complete with BBQ, bar complete with ice machine, sink and outdoor open wood burning fireplace. The bedrooms and media room are on a separate wing that can be closed off from the main area of the house to give privacy, comfort and enable to shut this area off for heating and cooling purposes.
