Lawrence epitomises the Jakin Luxury Living brand, representing the pinnacle of design, craftsmanship, and resort-style family living. This award-winning project, recognised for Best Design and Build, sits on a sprawling 5-acre property in Kenthurst and has been meticulously designed and constructed by Jakin, including the home, pool, and landscaping.
The brief for Lawrence was to create a large, luxurious home that still feels “homely.” This was achieved through a U-shaped design built around a central courtyard and showpiece swimming pool, ensuring every room enjoys direct access to natural light and outdoor spaces. The layout balances open-plan living with formal lounge rooms that can be closed off for privacy when desired.
A central focus of the design was maximising the indoor–outdoor connection to suit the client’s lifestyle. Expansive bi-fold doors open onto a generous alfresco terrace, featuring a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a built-in BBQ, pizza oven, beverage fridge, and sink. A separate pool cabana with bathroom and a one-of-a-kind outdoor feature shower further enhances the resort-style living experience.
